Without
Michael’s help I never would have gotten the car packed for quilting on Thursday
(1/11). I had tons of stuff to give away…and
got rid of all of it :~). We
had 25 people there and everyone seemed busy, busy, busy. I think we were all just very happy that it
wasn’t cancelled again :~). We had lots of show and tell (especially
since everyone got an extra week to sew):
June finished another house quilt:
And Mary Ann is on top of things with a gift for next Christmas already almost done (she just has to turn it into a pillow):
And is also well on her way to completing another quilt of valor:
Sandy did this incredible scrap quilt using all 2-1/2 inch squares:
And Dee told us a lovely story about how she will be using her wedding ring quilt to explain her candidacy for Probate Court Judge:
Sandy D has finally completed her Baltimore Album top:
While also making a Christmas themed quilt:
Gee finished her first Rail Fence, and started a second one in the Two Step pattern...can you guess what her favorite color is BG???
Jerri finished this 'maze' looking quilt top:
And Janice showed some all-in-the-hoop projects she had completed:
I hit the library on the way home and then went for a massage…heaven! I’ve booked another one for March.
Michael had a salad and I had soup for
dinner, then he left for rehearsal. I
headed downstairs to try to get something going, but I kept almost falling
asleep. I don’t know if it was the
massage (stirring up toxins) or what, but I finally gave up and headed upstairs
to veg on the couch until my honey got home.
