new notecards

Sunday (3/6) was a no craft day….it was a NO SEWING UNTIL YOU PULL TOGETHER THE TAXES day  :~(.  So, after breakfast I headed to my desk and worked until 1 PM.  Michael has been working on a new series of notecard, and has finished 2 of them:  

At 1 PM it was time to get cleaned up and pick up Susan & Jim and head into Charlotte for FATHER COMES HOME FROM THE WARS at Actor’s Theatre (a 3 hour and 15 minute play which we ALL agreed could have used a lot of editing in Act 3!)  We went to Stone Mountain Grill in Ballentyne after the play (I had a grilled chicken sandwich, Michael had salmon, Jim had smothered chicken and Susan had meatloaf and all of our meals were terrific) and finally got home again around 7:30.  Both of us just sat in the living room reading our books until bedtime.
