Day 4 in CT

Friday (3/1) was an absolutely terrific day.  BG and I sewed in the morning, then she made a pan of brownies and we headed out to Mary Jo’s house.  We were originally going to have a sew-in for Saturday, but a winter storm was predicted, so it got switched to Friday.  We sat around the table with Mary Jo and Sharon, and after work Janice, Leila & Laure D (former boss) all showed up and Mary Jo gave us a wonderful dinner of minestrone soup and sandwiches with the BEST ROLLS EVER!!!!  It was wonderful (although I can’t believe I didn’t get a picture of all of us….what a ninny!!).  We talked and talked and talked…and shared a little show and tell

this is the snowball quilt I'm currently working on....

until 10 PM before heading home and falling into bed.

  1. Your snowball quilt sounds like a "Thursday" Quilt for a looong time. Welcome to the club of Small Pieces.
