Michael left at 9 AM for golf at Fort Mill on Monday (10/13) and I headed to the studio to sew-sew-sew.  I’m making cream/blue strata for a new quilt.  Jan came over around 1 and we headed to WALMART….what a mistake!  Neither one of us remembered that today was a holiday (Columbus Day) and WALMART was mobbed…..we still got out of there in an hour, and I headed home for more sewing.  Michael was home at 3 PM with an 88.  He left at 6:30 for rehearsal (and he is getting VERY tired already….he’s out 5 nights a week and has a large part that keeps him constantly on stage at rehearsal) and I continued to sew until 9:30 when he came home.
