I spent Sunday morning (4/14) and early afternoon cleaning.  Michael and I are both very lucky that we don’t have allergies, because there is a thick layer of yellow pollen on EVERYTHING!!!  Unless we want to close our windows and put on the air (why bother as the temps are gorgeous), we get a layer every other day!  We also spent a bit of time packing up the car for the start of H-LL week for the play.  We left the house at 2:30 PM for rehearsal and didn’t get back home again until  11 PM…..yes…an incredibly long day.

Luckily, we have great friends and neighbors to take care of Cookie while we are away, and we came home to find Jan sitting in our kitchen.  She said that Cookie looked so sad when she tried to leave, she decided to stay until we got home  J.  Now THAT is a great friend!
