HAPPY EASTER! We were up early Easter Sunday (3/31) to get
our food in gear…..I had a chocolate layer cake baked before 9:30, the ham in
the crockpot and also made golden pull apart butter bun dough and set it to
rise. Michael got to work on his
potatoes/carrots while I headed to the studio to work on the remaining bags for
a bit. I made a good bit of progress,
but didn’t finish anymore by the time our guests arrived at 3.

Dinner was wonderful,
in addition to ham and rolls and potatoes/carrots, Jan brought deviled eggs and
a cauliflower soufflé and Ann brought a broccoli dish. Dinner was wonderful…the birthday gal
(Rachel) enjoyed her cake, then Jan and Walt and Rachel had to leave for the
airport. Michael and I got ready and
headed to rehearsal at 6 PM. Everyone
seemed to be moving a bit slowly, but we go through the entire play and were
home to collapse by 9:30.
