Tuesday (5/1) was a
hysterical day as I ran around trying to get a bit of sewing done and a lot of
packing done!!!
Wednesday morning Becky
showed up at 9 AM and we packed the car and took off. The drive seemed easy as we talked the whole
way. We stayed at a Red Roof Inn Wednesday
night and arrived at the quilting retreat around 10 on Thursday. We immediately began setting up tables for
the other sewers and getting things arranged.
The CT crew arrived shortly afterwards and we had a great reumion. Our retreat really flew by, we got lots of
things accomplished, but once again, on Monday, it was time for the long
journey home L.
Tuesday (5/8) was a blur of clothes unpacking and napping, and yesterday I finally got all of my crafts unpacked in time to go to the square dance at 4:30. I got to sew a bit last evening and believe I can get 4 additional purses done for the craft fair on Saturday.
