Quilt of Valor finished, new customer quilt

I spent almost all day Sunday (1/17) in the studio, working on the Quilt of Valor.  But….before I got there…at one point in the morning I was upstairs looking out the back windows…and said to Michael “it’s snowing!!”  It lasted only a couple of minutes, but he saw it too so know that I wasn’t hallucinating  :~).  I finished the QofV by dinner, 

 and came upstairs to eat Michael’s FABULOUS potato pancakes….they were absolutely yummy.  After dinner I spent a couple of hours ironing and loading the next customer quilt onto Miss Scarlett.

yes, this is the wrong side...it is extra long and I didn't want it dragging
