and Mary Ann loved it, so that’s what I used. By 8 PM the quilting was all done and I did the happy dance!
Michael left around 6 PM for a party with the ‘four weddings and an Elvis’ people and he knew I wanted to stay home and finish the quilt. When I was finally finished quilting, I pulled together 12 fabrics and cut out 48 squares for a class Loree is teaching next Thursday.

I finally headed upstairs to watch a bit of TV and Michael got home around 11 PM.

Just using some tans instead of creams or whites would tone down my quilts quite a bit I think. She is also in a round robin and finishes 4 blocks per month for that...here is her latest effort:
