Monday (3/19) was a very busy day.  Michael left early for golf and after an early morning walk with Beth I got cleaned up and headed up to the volunteer meeting.  That lasted 1-1/2 hours and I was home after NOON to have a quick bite to eat, play with Cookie and then head back up to the Lake House for a meeting of the Machine Embroidery Club.  Lois did a demo on embroidering on towels and then it was back home at 3:30 to type up minutes from the volunteer meeting (I’ve become the default secretary since the original one is having some medical issues).  I get the minutes almost done when it is about time to pick up Jan and Walt for dinner.  We wanted to take them out to dinner to thank them for all of the baby sitting they have done when we went to the symphony.  We all enjoyed our dinners at Ruby Tuesdays, and were finally home at 9:30 PM to collapse.
